Marcus is the owner and broker of Moffatt.  Marcus first got his Florida real estate license in 2016 and immediately thrived and connected with condos while working the Tampa area.  In 2017 he became the exclusive highrises.com agent in Orlando and was awarded the top new market award.  In 2019, he opened up Moffatt and Associates boutique brokerage in downtown Orlando.  Prior to moving to Florida, he lived in the Northeast. There he gained valuable sales, business, and negotiating training and experience with large corporate programs at Procter and Gamble and Siemens. Marcus loves helping his clients build wealth through real estate.  He owns multiple condo investment properties across Central FL. While Marcus now lives in Orlando, he continues to helped many people with purchases and sales in Orlando, Tampa, the Gulf Beaches, and the Eastern Coast of Florida.  Marcus knows all these areas well and loves working with his friends from the Northeast that come to Central Florida (you would be surprised how many).  Authenticity, solutions oriented thinking, protecting his clients, and doing the right thing to bring parties together have been secrets to his prolonged success in real estate.  Marcus lives minutes from downtown in Baldwin Park with his wife, Katie, and two daughters, Myla and Everly.  He loves baseball, sports memorbilia, traveling, and camping with his girls.
